When I was commuting to work, I got in a really bad habit of stopping at Starbucks for a coffee and breakfast. Not only did this hurt my wallet, it also hurt my waistline.
Since I’ve started working from home, I wanted to make sure I was getting in good habits when it came to my eating –– for my budget’s sake, and my body’s. The ease of drive-thru breakfast was a horrible habit that I’m glad to kick!
I thought I’d share what I’ve recently been munching on in the morning:
Peanut butter + banana on toast!
Pretty simple ingredients for a pretty simple breakfast! It’s a great combination because it’s quick, inexpensive, healthy, and it keeps my stomach content longer! Oh… and it’s yummy 🙂
